Webcam models, right or wrong?

The subject of webcam modelling is a controversial one, as is any topic related to adult content. On the one hand you have those who say that its is exploitation and it degrades women, others go as far as too say it is dangerous both to the mental and physical health of the models.

There are some valid points there, lets face it, its not for everybody and it can leave the performers feeling degraded if its not something that you would usually indulge yourself in, but the fact is the adult entertainment industry is all about objectification and that doesn't have to be a bad be a bad thing, objectification is in essence is just desire I think that being desired is empowering if anything. People of all types and creeds choose to put on shows on these websites, but groups who speak out against them tend to only focus on the argument that "women are being objectified" when there are men, women and transgender models on these sites, and all of them choose to put themselves there ( on any reputable website anyway).

As I said earlier its not for everybody, but I would ask the following question, why would anyone who was so uncomfortable with things of a sexual nature put themselves in a position like this in the first place? To do such a thing is lunacy in my opinion, and these people should not be trying the limit the opportunities of people who DO choose to do so.

When it comes to the argument of physical health being in danger I find this argument absolutely ridiculous, if it is so dangerous to put your face out there the why do we not worry about the well being of the weather man or the children we see in television shows on CBBC? The answer to that question is "we aren't dishing out their address whenever they appear on screen" and neither would a sensible webcam model.

Many webcam models make an absolute fortune doing what they do, much more then they ever could have made doing the mundane 9 to 5 routine most of us are stuck in. Some use the money they earn (which can be in excess of £100,000 a year) to fund further education, or simply creating a comfortable life free from work rotas, as they work the hours they choose on the days the choose, with no minimum or maximum.

I'm a very shy guy who is not comfortable with his body, and I am not ashamed to say that i admire those who have the courage to put on these show and make better life for themselves.

For anyone who has interest in becoming a webcam model you can follow this link http://www.internetmodeling.com/21901/application.htm and SIGN UP TODAY.
